    TRADE SHOW LEAD STRATEGIES

Trade shows provide you with the potential to grow your business. However, it takes more work than simply setting up your booth and waiting for traffic to come. A successful trade show strategy includes adequate preparation and consistent follow-up. Whether it is the personal connection prospective clients receive while meeting you or your in-person efforts that prove your product’s effectiveness, trade shows are a great channel for B2B marketing. However, without Launch Leads on your side, you’ll be a face in the crowd rather than standing out from your competition. Working with your business, our B2B trade show experts will generate buzz, set appointments with interested decision-makers, and drive business to your booth. Our goal in trade show lead capturing is to drive traffic to you. You can then do what you do best—lead, teach, and gain interest in your product or service.
Appointment setting services are another crucial tactic that will improve your trade show attendance. Launch Leads will work with you to identify leads who are attending the trade show or those who are considering it. Our team will then set out looking for viable leads who would be interested in learning more about your business during the event. This appointment-setting process will get prospects to your booth, where you can individualize your presentation to meet their unique needs. Along with the work we do before the show, our team will also keep up with leads long after, making sure you stay top-of-mind as they decide which businesses to work with.

    TRADE SHOW PREPARATION

How you prepare for a trade show has just as much importance as to how you interact with leads during the event. If you want to maximize the potential of your trade show presence, you must market your involvement to attendees before the event.

Launch Leads develops a pre-event strategy that notifies prospective clients and standing leads that you will be attending the event. We create buzz through various channels, including phone calls, advertisements, emails, and other proven communication avenues, and give your prospects your location so you are easy to find. Our outreach services ensure that more leads will flood to your booth, ready to learn more about your products or services.

As an added value and for a more successful event, we will fill your trade show docket by setting appointments with leads already interested in your services. These preparation techniques will not only maximize your time during the event but improve the quality of leads you will meet. Give your trade show team the momentum they need to meet with prospects looking forward to learning more about your business. All in all, a thoroughly-devised trade show marketing strategy from Launch Leads will provide you a competitive advantage by increasing brand awareness and productivity during the event.

    Generating Leads At Trade Shows

    TRADE SHOW LEAD NURTURING

Event marketers might put so much work into the execution of a live event, but they often forget to prioritize post-event activities. Forgetting to plan for how you will capitalize on a trade show after the event can diminish its success altogether. Working with our specialists, we will formalize a post-trade show plan beforehand that ensures you follow-up with leads in a timely manner. We will also devise an information-gathering process during the event to make your trade show follow-up process even more efficient.

Once the trade show finishes, our lead generation specialists will meet with you to go over all the details you gathered from each lead during your in-person meeting. You can tell us which leads need more nurturing, who is ready to buy, and what areas would appeal to their interests. From there, our team will create a customized strategy for each lead that ensures your business stays at the top of each prospect’s mind. The best part? The human connection you developed with potential leads at the trade show will legitimize your product and make closing sales that much easier.

TRADE SHOW MARKETING THAT PRIORITIZES FACETIME

B2B sales take time and work. Most prospective leads aren’t ready to roll the dice when you first make contact. They usually need time to make their decision. Trade show marketing puts you in front of your ideal clients. In-person events are one of the best ways to connect with prospects and gather interest in your services.

Focusing on trade show marketing can dramatically improve your sales performance. However, proper planning is crucial for an effective trade show strategy.  Do more than set up a booth and wait for customers to come, take the time to prepare for the trade show, set appointments during the show, perform using an outlined strategy, and consistently follow-up with interested prospects.

With Launch Leads on your side, you can be more than a face in the crowd. Our B2B trade show experts will generate buzz, set appointments with interested decision-makers, and drive business to your booth. Along with the work we do beforehand, our team will keep up with leads, making sure you stay top-of-mind as they make their decisions to buy.

    About Thane

Thane is a city in Maharashtra. It’s the administrative headquarters of a district called Thane, and resides in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Thane creek, at the head of which the city lies, also characterizes its location. The creek starts at the Ulhas River and culminates in the Arabian Sea. The city has a part of its area on the mainland across the Thane creek, while the rest of it is located on the Salsette Island.
Thane is regarded as Mumbai’s elder sister, as a part of the Thane district, from Mulund to Sion, is given to Mumbai for the latter’s future development. It’s also popularly known as the Lake City, because it features as many as 35 lakes within its precincts. The Masunda Talao, also called Talao Pali, is among the most beautiful lakes in the city. Besides being a tourist attraction, the lakes are a source of water for both Thane and Mumbai.
Historically, Thane is a very important city. On 16 April 1854, it was the destination station for India’s first ever train, which had started its brief journey at Boribunder, today called Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, located in Mumbai. This ushered in the Railway Age in Asia.

    Thane Infrastructure

The infrastructure in Thane has been up to the mark, generally, but there is a lot of scope for development, considering that the population in the region is continuously increasing.

Road, rail, and air transport infrastructure is, of course, excellent. The expressways and the railway networks link the city to other major cities across India. As the vehicular population is rising at a rapid pace, city is planning development projects in terms of flyovers, bridges, and road widening.

When it comes to power, the city has just enough power capacity to meet the needs of its residents. The Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) is, therefore, taking measures to achieve self-sufficiency in power. For example, TMC has made it mandatory for all buildings to install a solar water heating system.

All in all, there is a need for a sea of change in infrastructure development in Thane, and that aspect is being reflected in the measures taken by the TMC and the state government.
